This is more than a jewelry boutique—inside it houses a highly respected goldsmith’s workshop.

Two blast‑proof glass doors with electronic consent lights guard the entrance. The vestibule has a form inspired by a diamond’s culet, tapering progressively to optimize security features. It is crafted in wood clad with steel—not for show, but to prevent thermal bridging, a clever device that ensures perfect climate control inside. Its surface is finished with spatula‑applied silicone adhesive to give it texture, then covered with a specific coloured coating.

Inside, the counter commands attention with its sinuous, elegant lines. Its ring‑shaped base is made from CNC‑machined wood, guaranteeing precision and uniqueness. The top, also of wood, includes drawers and flows into a metal handrail, creating a harmonious ensemble. Its gold leaf overlay is protected by a clear polymeric finish to preserve its beauty over time. Behind the counter a bespoke wallpaper, developed from a photographic capture of a gold micro‑fusion process, stands out.

The goldsmith workshop reveals itself behind a partition of bronze‑reflective glass, showcasing the craftsmanship of the artisans to the public. Above, on a mezzanine built with painted HEA steel profiles, there is another space dedicated to the creation of small precious works.

Ventilation, crucial in a space without windows and with only one entrance for obvious security reasons, is ensured by a hidden ducted ventilation system, which maintains an ideal atmosphere during the handling of precious metals.

Lighting plays a fundamental role in showcasing the beauty of the jewels. Over the counter, glass pendant lamps in precious metal tones create a luxurious, refined atmosphere. Technical lighting, provided by spotlights mixing 4000K and 2700K light, enhances the sparkle of diamonds and preserves the hues of gemstones.

This project required special, meticulous study to ensure the quality, aesthetics, and safety standards that the client demanded. The result is a place where elegance meets artisanal mastery—and where that mastery is elevated.
